BTD Precision, Inc. has both RAM and Wire C.N.C. E.D.M. capability:
RAM (CNC): Allows surface finishing to 12 rms eliminating handwork and secondary operations. Our machinery allows us to burn in three dimensions eliminating setup and expensive fixture costs for our customers.
WIRE: Wire E.D.M. is the most cost effective and practical method of cutting small ( .0017) (the average is .0052) internal radii through thick (Maximum 16.750 ") materials. This process reduces secondary surface finishing eliminating costly handwork. Finishes to 8 rms are possible. This process also allows the cutting of angles to +/- 15 degrees.
